Terms of Service
Last updated May 2026
These Terms govern your use of Hot Mic (the “Service”), an AI-generated fantasy-football broadcast product. By connecting a league or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Hot Mic connects to your fantasy-football league (via Sleeper, ESPN, or Yahoo), generates audio broadcasts about your league’s draft and weekly results, and delivers them to you and, at your direction, your league members. Episodes are produced automatically and may contain comedic exaggeration and satire.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any activity under your account. You represent that you have authority to connect the league you set up and to share episodes with its members.
3. Plans, billing & cancellation
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
- The Draft Recap is a one-time charge. The Season Pass can be paid upfront (a discounted subscription that renews each season) or monthly; the Week-to-Week plan is billed weekly. The monthly and weekly plans are seasonal — billing begins at the start of the fantasy season and stops automatically at the end of the season, and you may cancel earlier at any time. We disclose the cadence and amount before you pay.
- You may cancel at any time, yourself, from the Manage Subscription page — cancellation is as easy as signup. Access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Season Pass — 7-day money-back guarantee:if you’re not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of your first broadcast. After that window, except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable — though you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
- Draft Recap:because it’s a one-time product delivered in full, it is non-refundable once generated. If you change your mind beforeit’s produced (for example, before your league drafts) we’ll refund it, and we’ll always make good on a recap that fails to generate.
- Prices may change with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
4. Your content & inputs
You may provide league details, nicknames, inside jokes, and other inputs (the “Inputs”). You are responsible for your Inputs and confirm you have the right to share them. You grant us a license to use the Inputs and your league data to generate and deliver episodes. Do not submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes others’ rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by reselling episodes, attempting to access other users’ leagues, scraping, or using the Service to harass or defame any person. Episodes are for your league’s private enjoyment.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, the broadcast format, the cast, and the software are owned by Hot Mic. The generated episodes are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within your league.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” Episodes are AI-generated entertainment and may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hot Mic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
8. AI-generated content
Episodes are generated by AI and are satire and entertainment. The on-air personalities (Mick, Tank, Walt, and Sarah) are fictional characters, not real people, and are not impressions of any actual broadcaster. Statements, “sources,” and reports in an episode are comedic inventions and may be inaccurate. Nothing in an episode is advice of any kind. By using the Service you understand and accept that the output is AI-generated comedy about your league.
9. Not affiliated
Hot Mic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, or any team or league. All trademarks belong to their owners.
10. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@hotmicffl.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Delaware, rather than in court — except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court. To the extent permitted by law, you and Hot Mic waive any right to a jury trial and agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, not as part of a class action. Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
11. DMCA & IP complaints
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content delivered by the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@hotmicffl.com with: a description of the work, the specific episode or URL, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized. We will review and, where appropriate, remove the content, and you may submit a counter-notice if you believe removal was in error.
12. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Questions? support@hotmicffl.com.
