Mick Halloran

Mick Halloran didn't join the booth — he built it. He came up the traditional way (weekend sports anchor, the early-morning highlights chair) and then started The Hot Mic Report from nothing, talking three people he trusted into pulling up a chair. He's been the captain ever since.

On air he runs the cold open, the hand-offs, and the sign-off — the steady hand holding four big personalities roughly on the same page. The catch: the crew respects him just enough to roast him without mercy the second he flubs a call, and Mick, to his credit, mostly takes it.

Off the desk he's a devoted family man who'll happily derail a segment to brag about his kids. He'll tell you he's the only adult in the building. He's at least the one who signed the lease.
